Privacy.
We collect only what we need to reply to you. No ad tracking, no cookies of our own.
What we collect
When you send a brief we receive your name, email, the optional phone or Zalo number, the project type you choose and the text of the brief, plus the page you sent it from. Nothing else is recorded.
Why
To read your brief, reply to it and, if we go ahead, to plan the project with you. We do not sell or share the data for marketing.
Where it is processed
The form posts to a Cloudflare Pages Function, which sends the message to our inbox through Resend. Videos on this site are YouTube embeds in privacy-enhanced mode; they load only after you press play, and YouTube's own policy applies from then on.
How long we keep it
Twelve months after our last reply, unless the brief turns into a project — then it stays in the project file for as long as the work is active.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you: haibac@lumigrade.com. If you would rather not use the form, email us directly.
